1)　 たなかさんは　３かい（１．で　　２．に　　３．が）　います。
      Mr.(or Ms.) Tanaka is on the 3rd floor. に　(=on, in, at, depending on the context) indicates the place where something or someone exists.  に is used for 「います」「あります」sentences.
2)　えき　の　まえ　（１．で　　２．に　　３．が）　スーパーが あります。There's a supermarket in front of the station. Same as question 1, this に　indicates " a place of existence".
3)　わたしは　アメリカ　（１．で　　２．に　　３．から）　きました。 I came from America. から＝from (place)

4)　しごとは　９じ（１．に　　２．から　　３．と）　５じまで　です。My work is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. から＝from (time)
5)　まいあさ　７じ　（１．に　　２．から　　３．まで）　おきます。I wake up at 7 a.m. every morning. に＝　at ( specific time)
